Michelle Johnson, Program Director and Performance Coach, has helped Stand & Deliver clients worldwide to align their messages, while creating space for individual’s authentic voices. She has directed and coached programs for organizations including Genentech, Cisco Systems, PepsiCo, Royal Haskoning DHV, Deloitte, and Sony.
Before joining Stand & Deliver, Michelle spent 7 years at the risk and insurance services giant Marsh, Inc., where she was Assistant Vice President in charge of the Central Invoicing Units for Los Angeles and San Antonio.
Michelle also has an extensive career as a professional actor in theater and television. She was a founding member of the award-winning Troubadour Theater Company in Los Angeles, which was chosen by Garry Marshall to be a resident company at his Falcon Theater in Burbank, California. She has performed everything from Shakespeare to stand-up comedy, and wrote and starred in a one-woman show titled “I Know What You’re Thinking.” Michelle was also a successful television actress, with credits in over 30 of the top television shows of the last 15 years, including “CSI”, “Friends”, “24”, “Bones”, “NCIS”, and “Modern Family.”
Michelle has a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA, and has taught personal-transformation techniques to private clients, UCLA students, recovering addicts, and county jail inmates. She is currently an MBA candidate at UNC.
