Linda Netsch, Program Director and Performance Coach, is a mediator as well as a lecturer at Harvard Law School, Stanford Law School, and the Haas School of Business, teaching negotiation and conflict resolution. Her executive education and consulting practice focuses on developing leadership, negotiation and collaborative communication skills.
Linda’s projects include helping organizations prepare for major negotiations, working with international organizations to manage cultural and communication challenges, implementing major leadership development and change initiatives, and mediating large group conflicts.
Linda started her career as an officer in the US Air Force, where her experiences included the development, procurement, and production of a mobile satellite intelligence communications network for use by NATO and United States forces in Europe.
Linda has a B.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin and a law degree from Harvard Law School. She lives in Redwood City, California and serves on the board of the Humane Society of Silicon Valley.
