Leo Marks, Senior Director, has directed customized programs across North America, Europe and Asia, for firms including Cisco, Deloitte, Roche, Genentech, EQT, EY, Actelion, and many others.
As a consultant, his one-on-one clients include CEOs, CFOs, and other business leaders throughout a wide spectrum of industries. He works with leaders to accelerate their long-term personal development goals, as well as to master specific high-visibility challenges, which have included major keynotes, TEDx Talks, and the 2016 Democratic National Convention. As a facilitator and trainer of facilitators, he brings together new or existing teams to open communication channels, align on priorities, and deepen trust.
Leo is also an Obie-Award-winning stage actor who has performed at leading theaters across the U.S. and Western Europe, including New York’s Playwrights Horizons, the Seattle Rep, the Berkeley Rep, D.C.’s Shakespeare Theatre, and L.A.’s Ahmanson, Geffen, Pasadena Playhouse, Kirk Douglas and South Coast Rep theaters, among many others. He was a co-founder of New York’s internationally acclaimed Elevator Repair Service theater company. His numerous television appearances include The New Adventures of Old Christine, Prison Break, Law and Order: SVU, NYPD Blue, The Practice, Six Feet Under, Homicide, Frasier, and The Gilmore Girls. He graduated cum laude from Yale University with a degree with distinction in Theater Studies.
