Kevin Rolston, Program Director and Performance Coach, is a consultant, actor, writer, director and teacher whose work with Stand & Deliver focuses on helping leaders deepen their authentic presence and influence. “One of the greatest challenges that many people in organizational settings face is balancing professionalism with authenticity,” he says. “Authenticity is not only a key element in effective leadership, but also one that is critical to long-term fulfillment in any career.”
Kevin has directed programs and coached clients including Cisco Systems, Giesecke and Devrient, Intellectual Ventures, Boehringer Ingelheim and the University of Monterrey, Mexico.
As an actor, Kevin has performed at most of the major Bay Area theaters and was a company member of the Shakespeare Theater of New Jersey. He made his off-Broadway debut under the direction of Phillip Rose, the theater pioneer who first brought “A Raisin in the Sun” to Broadway. In “8,” the marriage-equality play, Kevin played real-life lawyer Charles Cooper while Judge Vaughn Walker (the presiding judge in the case) was in the audience. The judge’s verdict was that Kevin was “channeling Cooper himself.”
