Rich Cox

Rich Cox, Performance Coach, has collaborated with members of the Stand & Deliver team for more than six years. He brings decades of experience in business, finance, health care and technology to his work with Stand & Deliver clients, which have included Cisco, Vestas, Greenberg, Quinlan, Rosner and the California State Compensation Insurance Fund.

Rich teaches leadership and communication at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and has collaborated on innovation projects with the Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education (ISKME) and IDEO. Rich performs and teaches at BATS Improv, the premier improvisational theater company in San Francisco, and has studied extensively with renowned improvisation expert Keith Johnstone. As a thought leader in applied improv, Rich speaks at conferences around the world.

Rich trained as an engineer and his business, finance, and technology roles have included: founder and CEO of Entango Corporation, a venture-backed e-commerce solution; VP of marketing for Ninaza (electronic data capture); lead engineer for Infinity (derivatives trading and risk management solutions); and engineer at Intel Corporation, where he helped create the first generation of Pentium processors.
