Jeff Raz

Jeff Raz, Program Director and Performance Coach, has led Stand & Deliver programs for clients all over the world, from Beijing to  Lisbon to London. He is an acclaimed international performer and communications consultant who has taught acting, storytelling and audience interaction for three decades, training performers at professional theaters and acting conservatories including the Tony-award winning American Conservatory Theater, Cirque du Soleil, New York University and (with Peter Meyers) at the Vector Theater Conservatory. Jeff has taught performance and communications to corporate clients including Kaiser Permanente, Google, Triage Consulting and the Kellogg Leadership Conference.

In 2000, Jeff founded the country’s only professional clown training program, The Clown Conservatory, and in 2001, he helped create the Institute at the Julia Morgan Center for the Arts. Jeff has performed on Broadway and in featured roles with Cirque du Soleil, the Lincoln Center Theater, Vaudeville Nouveau and the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, among many others. In addition to performing, he has received 12 playwrighting commissions. Most recently, Jeff has led theater workshops in Japan and China and is currently writing an adaptation based on the work of the classic Greek playwright Aristophanes.
